Tiara Residences

Tiara is actually a OK place to live. Quiet and good facilities. The only thing that makes it only OK and not very good is the parking situation. One car park for my two bed is one to little. And no possibility to hire a second one. Even worse, catastrophically worse, is parking for guest. Not only they are VERY few, they are also extremely expensive if you use it more than a couple of hours. When on top of this, some of the security guys overviewing parking are really grumpy and straight up very rude and bad-mannered towards my guest, it simply becomes not acceptable. When the attached hotel now is opening the pressure on parking and facilities will be over the top. Unfortunately as it could have been a heaven at Tiara! As it stand now, it time to leave the place.

As for the orientation / view of Tiara North-East wing: - the side is facing to the mainland, beach & pool: is sunny in the mornings until 1-2 pm. It is a very bright, happy side. One bedroom flats are here. - the other side (facing to the East Marina Yacht Port and the palm fronds) is more quiet, but mostly shady both during mornings & afternoons. They might be a bit dark but may carry advantages during the hot season. Although there are a few bright flats on this side as well (in the last 2 buildings). Sunset is amazing from this side! Mainly 2 bedrooms are here. (3 bedrooms, penthouses are facing to both sides p.s. Currently the hotel opening is postponed again, but check the opening time & its rules about using the same facilities / and their beach access!

Tiara residence on the Palm has the best view in Dubai with a sea view over looking Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa. The finishing is one of the best I have seen in Dubai, the facilities - the beach, pool and the GYM are also top class- though the garden could be nicer without the artificial stones- which looks like the in the Flinstones :) Has a nice little supermarket, laundry and a pleasant beach club! The price is getting quite expensive, but it is still worth it!
