Marina Pinnacle

The of the building location is perfect and there is rarely any traffic here. 5 min walk to Marina Walk with all the restaurants and cafes and about 20 min walk to JBR beach. There are two big supermarkets within 5 min walk. The building has got all the facilities including gym, big indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a couple of ping pong tables. Although the outdoor pool is not on a sunny side of the tower, which could be disappointing. Apartments are of a decent size and not too bad finishing. The view is amazing if you get the apartment in the front side of the building or the right side of it. In first case you'll get the whole view of Marina Walk and partially sea view and Palm Jumeirah. The right side of the building gives a great sea view. Overall Pinnacle tower is good place to live in especially considering that the prices are lower than most of the buildings in the area.

I currently live in Marina Pinnacle Tower. I have to give the building itself a very low rating as the GYM, Indoor & Outdoor swimming pools are in bad condition. In addition to that they are constructing another building right next to ours, so the dust goes into the pool & on my balcony! However, My apartment is on the 52nd floor & I have a great view overlooking the Marina Promenade. The furnishings aren't the best quality but its not that bad. Bathroom is very spacious also & Kitchen was installed new when I moved in. Whilst Ive seen better buildings in Marina, ie Princess Tower, Elite Tower & 23 Marina, im comfortable in Pinnacle. Would like it if the common area had more maintenance & an upgrade though!

Marina Pinnacle is not one of the best towers in Marina, but surely it's not the worst. I took the apartment in 2013 (before the prices go crazy) and i can say that i am happy with it now. I don't like the neighbors, sometimes the building is clean and sometimes is dirty as there is no consistency in cleaning. Chiller is free, apartment size is very nice, with 2 bathrooms and a closed kitchen (which i prefer). Parking for visitors is a nightmare as it's not allowed in the building. i managed to have a good relationship with maintenance team, and as a result the maintenance is 5 stars :) Walking distance from metro and soon tram, in addition to Marina walk and JBR which gives the building a great location. and because of the many way to enter, you can always find one with no traffic ;) In general: great option for value for money.
