Jumeirah Lakes Towers

The tower might not look as fancy from the outside but this tower has the best finishing, security, gym and pool in JLT. It has excellent views and a garden next to it. It has a WestZone grocery store, a bank and a bakery at the ground floors. What more can you ask for?

I moved to JLT six months ago as I couldn't handle anymore neither the traffic nor the prices in Dubai Marina. What you will first like about this tower is the size of each room as you will be surprised with the "non sense" architecture of the majority of JLT Towers.. The problem in all JLT is the parking spaces for both tenants and visitors. Though I am renting a 2 Bedrooms apartment, I got only one parking space. you need to take the elevator to the ground floor and then walk down the parking as you cannot access it directly with the elevator. The visitor's parking is only for 3 hours and this is a policy implemented by DMCC in all JLT towers. The area is calm and you have all the shops/supermarket/restaurants around you There isn't any dedicated team for the maintenance requests and emergencies inside your apartment and you might need to find a maintenance company ready to come and serve you in the middle of the night The pool and gym are a little bit small

I think this is most affordable building to live in specially in JLT but with affordable comes problems... be it cleanness of the building which is not always good and the lifts that keeps getting out of order and maintained. The building is really busy all day and has good facilities around it: 2 supermarkets, restaurants , laundry, barbers, pharmacies which is in my opinion and experience is really good.

Great Apartment, well finished, easy location for heading anywhere into Dubai. Zero traffic, low noise.

This is a great location for me and my pets...however, since most of JLT is still unoccupied...the rent is way to high! But the conveniences of everything here is superb for an Expat.

After years of Marina living, I decided to move over the other side. I took a 1 bed duplex and the style of duplex I have, means that you can use the extra space as a guest bedroom, though it could never be a permanent bedroom as it's too open plan. I love having stairs. It feels somehow more homely to have the distinct split. The only let down is that the developer could have used better quality kitchen and bathroom fittings. They don't do the style of the place justice, although they are perfectly functional and perhaps the living area could be larger, although the upstairs more than makes up for it. Appliances weren't provided but it wasn't too much of a bother as I had them anyway. Minor things - your home is what you make of it and you can dress it up. The security are fabulous. Maintenance are great. More than anything, I love the convenience of the place. Bizarrely we seem to have more immediate choice of restaurants and named supermarkets than the Marina. The metro and soon to be tram, just around the corner. The accessibility of the place is fabulous. After years of living on the other side, I wonder why it took me so long to cross-over.

It lacks space, storage, parking (although it has 3 basements). The traffic is everything but fun. Nearby shops are absent. Pool, gym are a joke. Noise is high as other projects are still under construction even at 3 am!!

My landlord was terrible and although the apartment looked nice and neat on arrival, it started falling apart shortly after I moved in. The security was not helpful when I tried to fix things myself and would not allow people in. The flooring lifted and toilet broke and aircon started leaking but nobody helped. Eventually I had to move out.

I have recently moved from Madina Tower after staying there for 2 years. I miss the good security service and good management, the great walks around the park and lakes and ease of access in and out. I don't miss the toilet smell that sometimes crept through the building on windy days or but otherwise was a great and large apartment with beautiful views.

The only take away that there is another tower under construction near by. However, there is no noise except if you sleep to late hours.

Nice one bedroom apartment, American kitchen, lovely view on the golf club and Greens. Conveniently close to JBR/Marina without suffering from the traffic. On the other and I have to take two elevators down to my allocated parking place, and endure some unfriendly pet remains smells on the way. Metro is ten minutes walk away, which is also convenient. Great pool and nice gym. Friendly security. No traffic problems.

It is extremely important that we live in a clean and friendly community, to lead a peaceful life.

JLT is a very young, fun, and new area to live in. I believe in all the towers in JLT the best one is cluster P. They are more expensive than most of the buildings but its because the quality of the services and accessible things around you make it worth it. I believe in JLT we are in one of the best clusters and recommend people to to our community!

My apartment is a studio and it has an amazing view and besides its the most convenient place for me as its so close to convenience stores, parlours - the JLT community is always helpful in ways, the ambience , surroundings and its a hop skip jump for me from my work place even. I love the place I am in - couldnt ask for a better place.

JLT Madina Tower is a great apartment. Over the years we've lived in a number of apartments in a number of different cities, and without a doubt Madina Tower has the most impressing amenities. The building itself has a full gym (as in a separate weight room, cardio room, yoga studio, and sauna) and a pool. Madina Tower is a great way to experience the busy life in Dubai, but it also gives you the ability to live in comfort in their incredible units. I would definitely recommend Madina Tower to anyone who is looking to live in Dubai!

Jlt is a decent place to live and more value for money than Marina, that said and done the Concorde tower does lack in many places in terms of adding value to the money spect as per my above review.

Nice building. All the amenities of life are available. Location is good. Lake View is good too. Nice and and clean enviroment. Security of Goldcrest is very good as compare to others.

The apartment where I live, for a single person is more than comfortable and spacious enough . In addition, the bathroom is large and functional kitchen . As for the other tenants are all quiet and respectful, as indeed most of the people I have met so far in Dubai.

Well located towers close to the Dubai Marina metro station, relatively new apartments with stylish finish and great views of the Marina and JLT lake. Everyday conveniences (groceries, laundry, pharmacies) and many entertainment options (cafe's, JLT park, indoor play areas, children nurseries/daycares, restaurants) within a few minutes walk on either side. Only negative is the hefty rental price tag. Landlords are trying to capitalize on the traffic chaos in Marina.

I've been here for the past 3 years and now this is my 4th. :) I love everything about this place the view, the finishing, the space as it is really hard to get this layout and this space nowadays.

There is in general a sewage problem and smell in most Dubai buildings and this would be my only complaint about my building and my apartment (sometimes there is sewage smell).
