Jumeirah Lakes Towers

Its a nice community with every essential thing in close proximity and easy accessibility.

Beautiful from outside and very ordinary almost bad finishing from the inside, like most buildings in JLT. 1yr in a apt in JLT looks like 10 yrs, constant leaking and humidity issues. The rents went up high whereas the quality of apts is really bad.

The building itself isn't fantastic but not terrible either. Finishing in the apartment is also so so. It has it all, but excels at nothing. What really stands out is the location, as the metro is at your doorstep, and the supermarket in the neighboring building is well stocked.

We live in a lovely, clean building. The house is quite big and has lovely wooden flooring. The facilities are more than adequate and the people who work here are very friendly. The metro is right outside our building which then connects you to the new tram line. Taxis are freely available and its only 30 mins to most places. There are numerous shops and restaurants around the lake and a new fully functional park which holds market days. Perfect!

V3 tower is located in JLT and has an amazing view , accessibility to Sheikh Zayed Road is superb. Layout is excellent and high ceiling height gives a sense of roominess, this tower is one of the few towers to allow gas connection if thats in your priority list. The facilities are good, however addition of a building community hall would be great.

I moved into this flat in mid 2014 and since then I haven't faced any issues. The location is close to all the required amenities and metro station. My apartment is a wonderful place to be in terms of facilities, access to amenities and security. Only thing lacking is better Gym equipment and maintenance of the tower.

Good park and community, but very bad building facilities. AC very expensive, for extra parking they charge 12000 dirham for a year, guest parking on G level is for 3 hours, park parking due to office building nearby is always busy. Pool is horrible, gym very poor.

Living within the JLT community is awesome; very family friendly. The apartment we live in has a nice sized lounge but the bedrooms are tiny one can barely fit a double bed inside. Because of its size there is only 1cupboard in the main bedroom and the bathrooms offer no space to keep toiletries. Kitchen is tiny with basic cupboards only. I have lived in other towers in JLT and this one is not worth the rent. We paid 110,000.00 per annum and we took it because of pressing issues. I recommend the 2 bedroom apartments in Dubai Gate One for single persons only.

A great place to live. The view of the burnt Tamweel Tower building was an eye sour. Great choice of restaurants near by. Best part was the ease of delivery services to JLT in general. Every online grocery store and restaurant delivered to the house. The building was very well maintained and security was amazing. Being a completely glass building the windows (balcony door & windows that open) are not child friendly. Therefore you will need to do your own baby proofing. The overall layouts of the apartments and finishing are amazing. It really looks like someone with a sense of wanting to live there themselves designed it. The metro was a few steps away from the building. Parking permits until we moved were not in place (because of Tamweel Tower) so we were lucky that we could still park anywhere. We were never assigned a place in our building so taking groceries up was a task at times as we would park in the public parking and unless you had a spot on the podium level you would park a little far away from the building. In buildings where parking permits were enforced it was very difficult and expensive to find an additional parking. On average a family usually owns 2 cars and I believe they take full advantage of this as you have to pay a pretty high premium per year to park an additional car. Some parkings are also for sale.

Constructed by one of the better developers - and managed by a good company that ensures that building appears sharp. Finishing quality is better than most buildings I saw in JLT and Marina before moving here. Pool is a small size but gets good sun all day. Since no commercial tower in cluster, guest parking is easily available for 3 hours for visitors and apartments owners have a designated parking slot.

I have lived in Lake View Tower for almost two years now and feel fortunate to still be paying relatively low rent into next year. As I do not drive, proximity to the JLT metro station is a major plus to this building. I also enjoy how pedestrian friendly the general area is. The view of the lake is lovely. The security guards are friendly and deal promptly with any noise complaints I have with neighbours. I use the gym and swimming pool regularly and they are always well kept. The whole building is generally kept very clean. Although it can be very noisy in the mornings because of nearby construction, I enjoy living here.

Close to the metro station (marina), the view over SZR and the lake is nice. The windows keep out the noise of the traffic well. The studio is well sized with the kitchen separate from the rest of the apartment. The area around is lovely, with a jogging track not far and for those with families the play park is just in the greasy area below. There is a 24/7 supermarket in the building which offers delivery. The only down side to this apartment that I have found so far, is the AC is noisy (however you do get used to it) and the pool area could be a little nicer. For the price I paid, I am happy.

I live in Indigo tower cluster D, JLT. Its a studio apartment. Compare to other buildings in JLT studio apartments are quite big in Indigo tower and well maintained. Nice balcony and amazing view facing the lake in JLT. Very quiet as well. The tower itself is very clean and in case of emergency security/maintenance people are very helpful and fast. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and nice. Downstairs in the tower we have a laundry service which is very convenient. Also spa, shops and restaurants. I have no complains regarding the apartment or the tower.

JLT is a great area to live and Lake Terrace has the metro station right in front, is easy to access with not too much traffic. The only problem is the parking space, the building gives you only one access. Flats are a bit compact as well so is great for people who live alone.

I stayed in this tower for 3 years. At that time, it was outstanding value for money. Perfect family area where the lake is good for leisurely stroll with the family as well as exercise with the spouse. The building itself is well maintained. The only problem we had at that time was the incessant alarm that turns on at the slightest sign of smoke. This obviously locks all lifts. We stayed on the 8th floor so imagine if this happens 2 times a week. And imagine if you stayed on the 28th floor. You might have wondered why we left. All of Jumeirah Lake Towers are now overpriced. We started at 39K per year. When we left it was 47K. I believe now it is 75-80k for one bedroom. The building is good but at that price it's not worth it.

A/C units located on the balcony are quite loud; only one parking provided for 3 bedrooms apartment and free spaces for other cars are limited, maintenance and security are not very professional with tenants and with keeping the lobby entrance cleanly maintained.

Living here is a nightmare! I am just waiting for my contract to finish to move out. Elevators never work, there is mold everywhere, humidity and maintenance in general is poor. The apartment is big and has an amazing view but for the price of this duplex I can afford a brand new villa. Think twice if you want to move here.

At a great location, the Lake Point Tower is one of the best places to live at. Good area to go for early morning jogs, gym and mini-golf very close to the building. Area is developing, and choices of restaurants and groceries nearby are less. Good swimming pool and gym. AC seems to be a problem during summers.

The apartment and building is located in the centre of JLT and has access to the Sheikh Zayed Road from 2 sides. It's next to the parks and kids play area behind cluster O and has access to the lake in centre. Grocery store, nursery and restaurants are just below the building​.

The tower might not look as fancy from the outside but this tower has the best finishing, security, gym and pool in JLT. It has excellent views and a garden next to it. It has a WestZone grocery store, a bank and a bakery at the ground floors. What more can you ask for?

I moved to JLT six months ago as I couldn't handle anymore neither the traffic nor the prices in Dubai Marina. What you will first like about this tower is the size of each room as you will be surprised with the "non sense" architecture of the majority of JLT Towers.. The problem in all JLT is the parking spaces for both tenants and visitors. Though I am renting a 2 Bedrooms apartment, I got only one parking space. you need to take the elevator to the ground floor and then walk down the parking as you cannot access it directly with the elevator. The visitor's parking is only for 3 hours and this is a policy implemented by DMCC in all JLT towers. The area is calm and you have all the shops/supermarket/restaurants around you There isn't any dedicated team for the maintenance requests and emergencies inside your apartment and you might need to find a maintenance company ready to come and serve you in the middle of the night The pool and gym are a little bit small

I think this is most affordable building to live in specially in JLT but with affordable comes problems... be it cleanness of the building which is not always good and the lifts that keeps getting out of order and maintained. The building is really busy all day and has good facilities around it: 2 supermarkets, restaurants , laundry, barbers, pharmacies which is in my opinion and experience is really good.
