Armada Towers

I am still new in Armada Tower 1 moved in June 2021 Gym - Timings 9am to 6pm VERY WEIRD FRIDAYS - Gym Closed very very WEIRD and the worst gym ever I have seen in my life. No equipments, No machines So Zero Star for the gym, the Pool is nice. Parking is good but for the maintenance you will have to run behind the agent or the owner. Electricity and Water bill is yet to come, I hope its not a bomb for me.

It's a big studio compared to studios in other buildings in JLT... a bit expensive but totally worth it.

We live in a 1 bedroom apartment facing Dubai Marina, we love our view and are happy with the apartment. The gym and pool facilities are very poor, and the management are the WORST, every time we had a problem with our apartment we had to complain 10 times before getting a response. We also had humidity and fungus problem for some time but I guess allot of apartments in Dubai face that issue.

Its a nice community with every essential thing in close proximity and easy accessibility.

Good park and community, but very bad building facilities. AC very expensive, for extra parking they charge 12000 dirham for a year, guest parking on G level is for 3 hours, park parking due to office building nearby is always busy. Pool is horrible, gym very poor.

JLT is a very young, fun, and new area to live in. I believe in all the towers in JLT the best one is cluster P. They are more expensive than most of the buildings but its because the quality of the services and accessible things around you make it worth it. I believe in JLT we are in one of the best clusters and recommend people to to our community!

It's decent value for money. Nothing fancy, in fact, pretty basic, but comfortable.

My flat is huge but I don't have a balcony which is the case for many flats in Armada Towers. We have a serious parking issue because my landlord does not have a parking spot so we are obliged to park our cars outside the cluster, and it's not easy at all to find a parking spot.

The maintenance of the gym and hygiene is horrible. No order or rules apply. people sweat a lot and there are no wipes or anything to keep it clean. the developers are so stingy. Plus equipments are super bad. The pool, sometimes no supervision, people spit and it is disgusting. Chairs are so limited - about 16 for 2 full building tenants...
