Green Lakes

Easy access to public transport, good finishing and a lively home feeling adds value. Small pool, noisy neighbours may make problems. Overall, good for money.

It was ok some years ago, but now is getting bad mantained. No pets friendly and expensive rent.

The finishing and furniture in the Green Lakes Tower is superb. Lovely wood finish with light beige furniture. Very spacious with a decent balcony. Access to many shops around JLT and also right on the Marina metro stop. Friendly security staff and plenty of resident parking. A bit pricey but is a great stay if within the budget range.

We live in a lovely, clean building. The house is quite big and has lovely wooden flooring. The facilities are more than adequate and the people who work here are very friendly. The metro is right outside our building which then connects you to the new tram line. Taxis are freely available and its only 30 mins to most places. There are numerous shops and restaurants around the lake and a new fully functional park which holds market days. Perfect!

Great Apartment, well finished, easy location for heading anywhere into Dubai. Zero traffic, low noise.

Well located towers close to the Dubai Marina metro station, relatively new apartments with stylish finish and great views of the Marina and JLT lake. Everyday conveniences (groceries, laundry, pharmacies) and many entertainment options (cafe's, JLT park, indoor play areas, children nurseries/daycares, restaurants) within a few minutes walk on either side. Only negative is the hefty rental price tag. Landlords are trying to capitalize on the traffic chaos in Marina.

I've been here for the past 3 years and now this is my 4th. :) I love everything about this place the view, the finishing, the space as it is really hard to get this layout and this space nowadays.

Green Lake Towers are perfeclty located in JLT, next to Marina metro station and soon to come tram. It is 3 minutes walk to the amazing JLT park, we have lake and Emirates Living view, so nice. It is not noisy. The balconies are a bit small, the apartmen is very spacious and for some the best among those I have seen in JLT.

Rented furnished, finishing are good and nice balconies. Mosque can be heard in the mornings.
