No hot water, finishings falling apart

There is a major hot water issue in Arno A - I have lived here for over two years and seldom have any hot water, the finishings are below standard - tiles falling off walls and wooden cupboards falling apart. Our AC in the main room has a defective building more… drain pipe which flows upwards in place of downwards - floods the bathroom Take care when you look to buy.Show less

Best sized studio apartment in town!

Negatives

Bit too small for two people

Perfect investment property, potential to lease to young, single professional. Very close to Mall of the Emirates and Marina Mall Walk to local supermarket Stones throw to Nandos :)

You can really walk to the grocery or restaurant.

One of the best apartment I lived in Dubai. Nice community, you can do jogging/running straight from your Building. Special features: BBQ area next to the Building. Quiet. Check the apartment in daylight, some corner units are limited in sunlight, maybe too dark for you.
