This is a place which made me like Dubai. When I came to Dubai I was missing greenery and nature and friends.After moving to Motor city, every day feels like a new fresh day.The view from our apartment is awesome.Air is so fresh, chirpings of birds, everything gives a soothing effect. When I come back from work, I feel back home.It is a different feel.It gives more than what an apartment gives. A walk in the gardens makes me feel so rejuvenated.

I give Motor City and Norton Court 5 stars overall as our family is extremely happy living in this area. Yes it's a bit far from the city, the finishing of the apartment is not to the highest standards and the gym isn't enough for a proper workout. However the size of the one bedroom is perfect for a young family and the balcony has beautiful view of the surrounding gardens. The pool is decent sized, watchmen are frequently patrolling the area, kids can play safely inside the community. We can easily walk to quite a few restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and everything you could need for your everyday life. We feel very lucky that we could renew our rent here for a fair price.

I initially shifted in Motor City 2 years back, now I have my own apartment in this community. I really like my apartment and its locality and don't want to leave this community in near future and want stay at least 4-6 years. I recommend others to stay in the same area.

I would recommend Motor City to families who like that everything is in one place. We live here with our 5 years old daughter, and the community is perfect for us in every way. Swimming pool area is nice and close to the building, many restaurants and supermarket is 2 minutes away on foot. Getting to work is easy, especially since the Umm Suqeim bridges are completed. Many friends asked us, but you can hear the cars on the race track only if you sit outside the cafes next to the track. Our apartment inside is quiet.
