Great comminity to live, but thinking to move out soon

Noise by security guards and other staff working there

Motor City is a great community with all of the facilities, though the gym is very tiny and not equip properly. Shops, restaurants and biggest Spinneys is just near by. Everything is perfect except annoying security guards, my studio flat is in the ground floor, since i live alone i more… thought before moving in that security near by could be make me feel secure, but after moving in and settling my self i've noticed noise, day and night because the security is there sitting just next to my door 24hours! so what they do? of course watching a movies over the phone, even though they have earphone they don't use it, their radiophone is constantly on! They have friends- the workers, gardeners, cleaners and all of them like to gather together just next to my door and eating, talking loud, they don't care about residents who is live there. Several times i was waken up at 3-5am, by loud sound from their radiophones! i did complain and I've wrote e-mails, but no one has responded, so i now use earplugs to cancel the noise and that I'll be able to sleep.... So if anyone is considering to rent apartment in the ground floor next to the security guards, think 100 times again!Show less
