Amongst construction sites this townhouse offers a good layout, many balconies and a spacious roof terrace. The design is modern and light, the kitchen however is dark. 3 bedroom each with their own walk in closet and balcony.The front has a mini garden. Finishing is poor- but there is worse more… in Dubai. Gyms or a Pool are not available, however there is a running track around the corner. Show less
