It is a pity that the poor quality work of the employees in the building (security) make this review badly that it should. The building is nice but the employees shout at you with absolutely lack of respect, you feel guilty when you forgot your access card. So disrespectful! We are thinking in leaving the apartment because of this security company. Of course we won't go to any building managed by the same security company.

Back in Jan 2011; We came in first as a newly wed couple. At that time this building was brand new. So let me put it as simple as it can be: Pros: 1. Good location 2. Fantastic view of the wharf 3. Easy accessibility with the tram at your doorstep, Jlt metro station is a 5 min walk away, taxis are easily available and the nearest bus stop is about 100m away. Moreover, you can beat the marina traffic by taking exit 29 that leads you directly to the building. 4. Closed kitchen. As an Indian family, I was very particular on getting a closed kitchen. 5. Considerably large sitting room and living area. 6. Tight security 7. Moderately maintained. It's kept clean and the maintenance guys are just a call away. 8. Good amenities - gym pool sauna playarea etc. Cons: 1. The dreaded parking. The basement parking is so narrow that it gets difficult for even a Yaris to enter. However, once you're a pro at it (after having to get scratches and even dents on the corners of your car); you'll find it easier. 2. No guest parking. 3. The bedrooms are really cramped compared to the living room.
