Expensive Peace of Mind

Quality of construction, really expensive

ome is a place where a person seek peace of mind, and in such a busy life of Dubai, it is highly needed. I moved to Dubai last year with my family, Greens (near Tecom) is a place which i always used to think to live, if i ever moved more… to Dubai. My choice was quite clear that i need to look for an apartment in Greens. I love the whole environment in Greens, the lake, the community, but when we look at the rents, and the space available in apartments, it is really an expensive proposition. I have seen other apartments also in different communities, but the rent vs space and specially the quality of construction, is not up to the standard. I was expecting a much better quality from the developer, you can easily hear if your neighbors are watching a movie. Frankly speaking, its really peaceful, but not value for moneyShow less
