Al Hudaiba

Building is little old; but maintained decently. That is one of the advantages with Wasl; but no other facilities available, like play area, gym and pools are available in the building as well as the facilities. The location is great; without any traffic issues we can reach all the key areas. Other negative area is the parking space; the allotted places were no proper markings; because of that to get in to the car and out little difficult

My apartment is in the building on Al Mina road, where Domino's pizza is.

We shifted to Al Hudaiba three years ago, not realizing how calm and comfortable the area is. The apartments are huge and spacious. The fittings and finishings are commendable. Maintenance is always apt, neighbours are good, ample parking around the building. 2nd December street is just a 5 minute walk which has amazing choices in restaurants. We also have a small community garden that has rides for the kids, a basketball and a football pitch. Not to forget the huge trees for oxygen for one and all :)

Very nice, maintained building. Rents are fair for older tenants, but not sure about new tenants.

Al Wasl provides the best apartments at competitive rates throughout Dubai. They stick by the RERA law of standard increments for old tenants and not kick you out just because they feel like it. The maintenance of their buildings are top notch.

It is quite big but it has a very small balcony. The built-in wardrobe is not convenient for the size of the unit. Parking & maintenance are very good.
