Dreams Towers

This building is my favorite because of the location, easy access to metro, tax, marina walk, beach, restaurants, bars ... you name it. Right place to relax with 3 by 6 meter balcony. You don't need to go any where else, everything is here. Shopping mall is 5 minutes walk, metro is 2 minutes walk, beach is 7 minutes walk. Restaurant and bars are 1 minute walk. Massage and salons are around the building. I am enjoying staying here. Don't pay attention for picky people writing negative comments.

I have lived in Dream Tower 1 for almost a year and thankfully my lease is up in the middle of March 2016 and I can leave The apartment is big and in good condition and the facilities are ok - nice pool but the gym equipment doesn't work! But Please listen to me ... if you value your sleep and peace of mind / sanity do not move in to this building. A building started to be constructed about 4 months in to my moving in and they build constantly... and I mean constantly. 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Drilling, banging, etc. Ear plugs I promise you will not cut it Think long and hard before moving in

Negatives - very noisy as it is opposite the Marina Byblos Hotel so noise levels are at an all high in the evenings after the bars close and then everyone spills into Bob's Fish and Chips which is open until 4 am. It is also a small road and the traffic backs up and the hooting of cars can drive you mad. Pool needs maintenance badly. Positives - close to metro - has a 24 hours shop next door - taxi's are plentiful, 5 mins walk to the Yacht Club and Marina walk and JBR Walk and 8 mins to the Marina Mall. Security is friendly and they have their own building maintenance team which is very handy in emergencies. Parking can be a pain for visitors and everything is on meters now. I have lived here for 5 years and love my place - unfortunately if the rent keeps going up I will not be able to stay which is sad.

I have lived in dream tower for 4 years now....excellent location as its towards the end of Marina, 7 minutes away from JBR by foot (you only have to cross the bridge) and 1 minute from Marina walk (Marina mall side). Convenient stores and shops - Al Maya supermarket (open 24 hrs), Life Pharmacy (24 hrs), and a kick-boxing gym in the building itself. Byblos hotel (societe club) is just opposite to the building Tower B, in addition to Pampered Pets (pet grooming), Bob's fish and ships and massage place. Traffic is fair as you do not have to enter the beginning of Marina, you can take the 2nd exit from Sheikh zayed and then stop at 2 quick signals only. Disadvantages are: Gym (Terrible), Pool (used to have sun not anymore due to a new bldg. facing the pool) Living room is so small, the balcony is almost twice as big as the living room. And finishing is not a top quality but okay. Building has fair maintenance and cleaning services.

This is a lower end building in Marina, but still located in great location. Entrance to freeway is near as well as JLT metro station. Grocery store is right downstairs. Inside of apartment is not decorated very well and the type of walls make it difficult to hang pictures or other homey items. Constant leaks from A/C, especially in the summer. Whole apartment will feel damp from all the leaks all over the building. If you can afford it, pay the extra 5-10k aed for a nicer place. But if you want somewhere in Marina thats affordable stay here.

Bbeen living for 6 months now - facing SZR. Great balcony - good apartment layout, big rooms - small shop on the ground floor...etc However the noise is just a killer for me. If you are a light sleeper - to avoid.

I have lived in Dream Tower for nearly 2 years. Pretty cheap so expect to live in an older building, hideous finishes and leaky ceilings. The balconies are big and the location is great. Had some problems with the company who manage the building - nearly got kicked out of the flat because THEY lost my rent cheques, even got a couple of fines for paying late - again, not my fault. Gym is awful - most of the machinery is broken and the pool has only a couple of very old sunbeds.

Great rent and free AC Location good and large apartment for good money

I stayed in this building till Jun-2014 and this is a great building even though it is older than many building in this locality. The house is very spacious and there are no issues with the maintenance. The balcony is the best part of the house. The balcony is so huge and we can have a great barbecue party here. The rooms are also spacious with 2 toilets. The recreation includes swimming pool and a gym. The gym is decent enough and there are two pools. One a massive pool covering almost half the floor and another a smaller one. Both the pools are kept clean always and both of them are outdoor pools. There is Al Maya supermarket right on the ground floor which is open 24 hours for all your needs. The metro station and bus stop are less than 2 minutes from the building. The parking facilities are also excellent. Overall a good place to stay and good value for money.

Marina is like being in a private resort, shops, bars, restaurants, salons & gyms all in walking distance. Marina is so westernized that you can feel your back home. Dream Tower building itself is one of the worst in the area, the maintenance of the bulding is extremely poor. I'm guessing like myself people live there for the cost and the pleasure of living the Marina. The pool does not have any sunbeds as management say they are unhygenic which means you need to buy your own or lie on the dirty floor! Thank goodness JBR is a short walk away.

Dream Towers are set in the far end of Dubai Marina, with tranquil views of the Marina and JBR, you can have a walk down the newly refurbished beach within 10 minutes walk, or have a blissful walk along the Marina where there are restaurants entertainment also on special nights, you have the Marina Mall within 10 minutes walk and also the metro and new tram system within walking distance, you have almost everything at a stones throw away.

Location and view from high floor are perfect. Balconies are huge. Finishing is horrible and old; AC often doesn't work at all! Pool wasn't working for months..

Dubai Marina is ideal for professional singles, families to live a convenient, urban lifestyle in Dubai. Quite uniquily, you can walk in the streets and feel like you are in a friendly city area. The proximity of the sea makes it also a unique place to live.

This building is located right opposite to the Marina Byblos hotel in Dubai Marina. The building is one of the oldest within the Marina area, and has been maintained to a 5/10 standard. Location is good, since the Metro is only a few metres away, and restaurants, shops are easily accessible.

Building management is extremely poor. Underground parking cards replacements not available for months so many tenants have to park outside or dive in with the others when the barrier opens. With the churn on people coming and going, the cards are bound to be damaged. Swimming pool has been in repair for months in tower 1. Tower 2 swimming pool is ill maintained as is the gym. The windows outside are dirty and never cleaned. Finishing, walls, bathrooms, kitchens are efficient but not by any means classy. A/C went off recently for several days without a single notice being posted as to when it will be back. And we are talking July heat in Dubai. On the positive side, there is access to public transport and the marina is close by. We will leave soon as no desire to extend contract.
