Perfect for people working in Downtown or DIFC or Business Bay Easy access to Al khail Road (3 minutes) and Sheikh Zayed (5 minutes) , to Downtown 7 minutes, and to DIFC 10 minutes. Restaurants and grocery stores are 2 minutes away. Supermarket is available on the Ground Floor. Maintenance people are friendly more… so whatever small work in the flat, they come the same day and help you for free. Show less

Very bad ventilation leads to highly humid apartments!

Very Very Humid apartments in summer due to weak ventilation in apartments

The kitchen, bathrooms and rooms ventilation (exhaust system of the AC) was completely off when I first rented the apartment. This cause the house to be very very humid inside the apartment, in spite of the good AC cooling level. When I talked to the maintenance, they paid a visit more… and opened them. However, the air suction is so weak still, due to the main shaft fan of the whole exhaust system in the building. Being an engineer, I do know that this will cause a highly humid apartment in the summer times, not to mention all the insects that are attracted to humid cabinets (e.g. booklice and others). I did mention to the maintenance guy that this should be solved ASAP, since the building is new and the effects will be due only after at least one year, as usual and expected from management companies, no one took my comment seriously! I guess Iwill be looking for a new apartment before the summer humid weather start s to kick in again and before humid insects start to visit!Show less
