Marina Promenade

I lived in Paloma Tower, 33rd floor 1 bedroom apartment, facing JBR. Overall I would say Paloma Tower is a nice building in terms of the construction quality, location and layout, although it does feel a bit dated. The view of the ocean is of course only partial due to the apartments at JBR blocking – but you still get an ocean view feel. My one major complaint would be due to the building maintenance. My bathtub has leaked since the day I moved in. I used Emaar's app to call a maintenance person – they came three times and were never able to fix it. But I think this is more due to Emaar's app than a Paloma Tower-specific issue. There is also some road noise, but on the 33rd floor you are high enough where it isn't really an issue. Generally it gets quiet around 9 PM or so, though (Dubai) you are bound to hear some Lambo d-bags whipping around through the night.

Great place to live. Walking distance to so many attractions and of course the beach. Apartment design is good, although the kitchens are slightly dark, like most of the Emaar apartments in their part of Marina. Frustratingly management decided to privatise any spare parking there is no guest parking making it really frustrating when having friends over. Being close to the boulevard at JBR, there is a regular flow of loud super cars driving around in the evening but it’s not too bad. In today’s climate you should be looking at 95-105k per year.

While a wee bit expensive, Marina Promenade is by far one of the nicest building developments to live in Dubai. Super close (but not TOO close) to JBR Walk, The Beach and a variety of fun things to see and do, the only downside is the traffic (especially on the weekends). On the plus side, you're well within easy walking distance of the best part of Dubai. You can even catch a water taxi from right behind the building, which opens up the Marina area even more. If you can afford it, move there. Seriously.

Marina Promenade is a fantastically located, quality built Emaar development. Offering great onsite facilities as well as being just a stones throw away from the pristine Persian Gulf beach and Dubai Marina Mall. JBR's recent make over literally on my door step provides an abundance of vibrant restaurants providing quality cuisine from all over the Globe. Im happy to say that I am in fact living the dream :-)

This is undoubtedly one of the best of Emaar and the location is spectacular. Unlike many new buildings the finish and apartment layouts are very practical and spacious. The facilities like squash, badminton, pool table, library, gym, pool and children's play area are top class and well maintained. These are the reasons for the Marina Promenade to be a hot favorite for rentals and outright sale. I have lived here for over 6 years and am looking to upgrade to a 3 bedroom. Why look elsewhere?

Fantastic location; close to the beach, the walk, the Marina Walk, and avoid you most of the JBR traffic. Great community of expats from all over the world. Good range of facilities. Nice pool. Gym is small but has most of what you need, and there are also squash/badminton courts. Build quality is superb. I've lived in many places in Dubai and Abu Dhabi; the promenade buildings have superb fit and finish.

The Marina Promenade is simply the best of EMAAR. Walking distance to the sea, a ferry by the front of the building to Marina Mall, and the Marina Promenade for the kids to play safely, this is the perfect living environment. One exception is the traffic, but hopefully this will become less of an issue when the tram goes live. We simply love it here.

Wonderful place

I can highly recommend Aurora tower, and all the other Emaar towers in the promenade. Their location is great location, close to Marina Mall, JBR and the Beach with many good restaurants within walking distance. The building itself has a high quality finish, 24 hour security, and well maintained pool and communal areas. The units are good sized and comes with fully fitted modern kitchen. The gym got great quality machines and weights, and includes 5 squash courts. The only negative part is the high rent

Emaar’s Marina Promenade buildings must be the best development in Dubai. We lived there before had kids, so for me and my husband, it was the best apartment ever. Perfect full sea view, excellent finishing’s, the best kitchen, bright, walls all in glass, clean, clean, clean. Marina Walk is just there…My recommendations for that building. We had to move out cause we could not afford the 2-bedroom apartment, Marina Promenade rent prices are quite high – but it is so worth of living there!
