Great place to live, however the fire alarms go off randomly and then when there actually was a fire no one knew, because we were all so used to it. Community walks are great, events, canal, parks. the building is also pretty good, pool & gym are perfect. The only more… reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because Emaar sends so many SMS messages for everything but then when there was a fire there was no alert on our phones to get out of the building, and because the fire alarm goes off without reason. Also, AC is free in Emaar properties, which is a great plus!Show less
