Childrens park, dog park, supermarket, clubhouse

Negatives

Complete family friendly community having its own children's park, dog park, basketball and football courts, gym, pool and ample guest parking. It even has Spinneys supermarket, multiple restaurants, pharmacy, men's and women's salon, optician and money exchange all within the community. Not to mention the 5 star Meydan hotel 10 more… mins walking distance. Very quiet community with no construction around. Easy access to Al Khail and Sheikh Zayed road. Only negative is absence of RTA bus service which may start in future since this is an upcoming area. As for the apartment finishing, they are not ultra premium but great for the value and much better than other buildings in Dubai of similar age.Show less
