Worst maintenance

I don’t prefer to give one star even. The building is maintained in a worst way. The maintenance department is of no help in the emergencies. My balcony drain was getting clogged every often, and when it rains my room was flooded with water through the balcony drain... complained several more… times but never taken an action.
