You will stay 15 minutes at the red light to enter in the parking, bad quality material in the apartment, fire alarm detector in front of the oven, imagine, you have to cover it. There is no sun in the apartment. On my side there is an apartment in front more… of the Marina I think it's ok. And for the noise imagine you are at the Marina it's like F1 by night.Show less
