Elevator, AC in hallway, gym
This building had one of the most annoying elevators I have ever had the experience of using, extremely slow and poor quality. The layout of our unit was nice, the kitchen was large, and the unit was very bright. However, AC was an issue at times and the landlord more… wasn't helpful at all. Building amenities are poor. Gym and pool are sufficient if you're not picky however. Good luck accessing the building during cricket game season, as the next door stadium was poorly designed to handle large influxes of people.Show less

Bldg mgmt, hallway AC, pool temperature, showers
We moved in April 2019 and were amazed at the size and layout of the apartment. I have been here for 21 years and I can assure you new buildings no longer offer such sizes and layouts. Our unit is a 2BR duplex with one of the largest terraces I more… have ever seen! It is so big that we were given 2 parking spaces which is great a well as two storage rooms within the unit itself. Cons however are abundant. The building has serious problems with the chiller, and management tend to be very unresponsive and annoying. It says the building is managed by Wasl Properties but this appears to be a sham. AC in the hallways are always turned off, the pool is great but sad because its always either too hot or too cold depending on the weather. The unit itself doesn't cool beyond 22 degrees which is annoying, and is constantly breaking down. Gym timings are annoying as it closes too early, and they tend to lock the main door and its only accessible from the mens bathroom which is weird and annoying.Show less

Positives
Good location, Easy access, City center
Negatives
Very less floor area, Almost no kitchen space.
GOOD: Nice building and location. Landscaped surrounding, pond surrounded by jogging track, cycle track etc. Large swimming pool, good gym, sauna, steam. BAD: The room area is very small for almost all apartments especially studio. Total floor area is 375sq. f. average. No working space in the open kitchen. I'm not more… sure about the build quality as I required some repairs in bathroom fittings in 1st year itself.Show less

The pool in the 15th floor so no sun, high bills and rent, not so spacious living room
We didn't face any problem in the apartment or in the tower since we moved in. The apartment has a panoramic view and that was one of the main reasons that made us choose this tower. The kitchen layout is great. The security are very helpful and friendly. You barely hear more… any noise from outside and there is no loud neighbours or children screaming. It is a pet friendly neighborhood and near to everything: pharmacies, supermarkets, malls... The advantage of cluster A is that there is no traffic and it has an easy access to SZR, Al khail, and Mohammad bin Zayed Road. I recommend this tower.Show less

Apartment is very spacious with good layout, big balcony and excellent finishing, with modern bathrooms. The best thing is that isolation is very good and I barely use AC even during the summer. Also I love this building because it has the best facilities, big and well equipped gym and huge more… swimming pool. Location of the building is also the best, it is in the Center of JVC, which is very quiet, in the building we have tailor shop, laundry shop, gents saloon, West Zone supermarket and soon will be opening ladies saloon and coffee shop, and 350 meters from the building there is a nursery. Managment & security
I live here few years. The building is really elegant and clean. The apartments are spacious and nice. The facilities are really enjoyable (pool, gym, party room with billiard, ping-pong table etc.) And as the previous reviewer the only thing I can complain of is the security and building management. more… Our pipes exploded twice in one year. First time we were luckily home. The water destroyed all our kitchen equipments (we had to buy everything new). We wrote a message to the manager about the situation - she never replied. So it's only one way contact. About the security as the lady said above, they will never help you with anything, they wont even reply for a good morning, often sleeping or relaxing on the couches downstairs. Pool is till 9.00pm however from 8.30 they are going to switch off the lights while you are swimming and tell you that they are closing (30 minutes before) & stare at you until you leave the water. It makes you feel really uncomfortable. Show less

We have been living in Two Towers building since mid 2014 until end of 2016. This is definitely one of the best quality of freehold buildings in Dubai. There is also 24 hours supermarket, restaurants and salons located in the building on the ground level, more… which is really convenient. Building is well maintained by the their own maintenance team and all calls for repairs / emergencies had been attended promptly. All common areas are properly looked after. Spacious gym and nice pool. The metro station is 15 minutes away by walk, though you have to walk through the sandy area. Overall, I would personally highly recommend this building. Show less

Leaks and maintenance issues
The building is only 4 years old and is already falling to pieces. Massive problems with leaks throughout the building and also in the hotel. Leaks from ceilings, in the walls and from the a/c. So property is damp and issues with mould. Building management and more… maintenance don't care as there are so many issues they are just inundated. People in the building leave pets alone to howl and bark day and night. Building management do nothing as building is "pet friendly" - shame it is not resident friendly. Such a shame as the apartment itself is huge with a massive balcony. I cannot wait to move out when my lease is up!Show less

At the moment - facing construction
We have been living in this building since 3 yrs -The building is around 3,5 years old now-. The quality and the finishing is better compared to the other buildings in JVC. The gym and the swimming pool are not big-sized but it is ok for a 4-storey building. Our apartment more… is quiet and peaceful. It is facing the swimming pool and the public area. Unfortunately a construction started next to the building, since then it is noisy. We also had some issues with the A/C before the developer renewed all the A/Cs in the apartment. As far as I know, A/C is the biggest problem in the building. Before you move, don't forget to check the A/C condition with the agent if it is renewed or not. Show less

Maintenance, Customer Service, Maintenance guy
The security guard (I think Egyptian) is really nice and friendly he keeps to himself and he is helpful. I once needed to fix my AC, and the building maintenance is terrible, they're not available at any time when they are available i have work and their shifts are not flexible more… and they never match a Saturday for example, so i called another company to check my ac, the requested access to the roof to examine the AC of my apartment, the security had the key and he could come with me, but i had to call a mobile number of the guy that should allow him to do so, and that terrible, most annoying and super bad customer service person did not help at all, hes a square.. all he said sorry not allowed.. and that it was a Saturday so he doesn't work, i told him why do you put your contact number if you are not working he had no response, terrible guy. in the end i managed to do what i needed without that person. Avoid that building if you could because of the company managing it, they are bad, or any building managed by them for that matter because you will end up having to call the same guy if you need maintenance. Flat quality , building quality , no greenery, no basic amenities of a community
Bought a 2 bedroom house in 2007 with assurances of quality flat and a green landscape. Got the house in 2015, falling short by leaps and bounds of the many sales pitches and commitments. 1. Handover was pathetic. Shortfalls for houses that were handed over were made up by switching fittings more… in houses that were yet to be handed. The houses to be handed over were not locked! 2. Flooring was of very poor quality, with plaster in between tiles peeling off. 3. Main door was cracked and was finally replaced with a substandard door. 4. The approach road to the building remains rough soil to this day. 5. The barrier door to the building do not work to this day. 6. Ceiling work in the entrance to the lobby is shabbily done. Please note costs for the flat was not so low as well and was and is on par with some prominent developers today. Till today, five years hence from the first occupation, there is no landscaping, no grocery shops, it's just buildings in a desert . Show less

Moved into this building as it was brand new with good spacious layout. Plus what could go wrong in a brand new building? It took only 2 weeks to learn the answers to that question. Everything can go wrong! In a month, all tenants moved in and then the fun started. more… Noise level is unbelievable. Residents are at reception arguing, filing cases against building. It is almost unreal that you can hear all internal and external discussions in your living room including all children screams and dog barkings. There are many other issues with air conditions, overall hygiene and smell in hallways. Residents smoking in the elevator all the way into their flats. Unreal! Construction started behind the building so that will also cause additional noise. The noise, smell and all are enough for not living here. Another additional bonus is fire alarm going on 1-3 times a week. Show less

The Review's might sound a little harsh but it is the truth. No Building with no advantages but this one has only 1 so will dish it out and move on to the real issues. 1- Location Location Location: Very close to tram which connects u to the Metro. Very close more… to Marina Walk and hence Marina Mall (15 mins brisk walk). And lastly, easy access to SZR With that out of the way, let me explain the hell bit 1- Noise: If u live in a lower floor u r doomed. Noise comes from the Tram, the inconsiderate drivers and their tooting, and the non-stop construction. 2- Neighbours: I dont understand what is wrong with Neighbours in Dubai. inconsiderate, unclean, dodgy ... the list is endless. What bugs me most is how they treat the garbage room. Garbage is either left on the floor attracting pests and what have u, or dropped down the chute but with chute door left open causing the entire floor to smell. 3- Foul Smell: There seems to be a garbage problem in Marina in General and Pinnacle tower has its share. A terrible smell comes out of the car park and sometimes it creeps up into the floor if the Chute is left open. dont you dare having the window open when entering or leaving the car park. 4- The Car Park: the tiniest Car Park ever. if u have an SUV u better be a good driver. one parking space regardless how many bedrooms the flat is. 5- Maintenance: Haven't had to get them to fix anything but the building itself is in bad shape. there is usually one lift out of service. mould building up around AC vents and the odd maintenance jobs they carry out like painting the stair case in the summer. 6- Security: a hit and mess. some are nice, others are awful. the building itself is not secure and attracts a lot of dodgy visitors. they have installed a new security system but still. 7- Traffic: HorrendousShow less

The water supply, the maintenance
We had the worst time of our lives while living on this property. The water supply in this building is perpetually yellow - it never goes away. The drainage is a hassle too. The maintainence guy will charge you through your nose and he will fix things with an expiry more… date. Do not for a second think that he fixed it perfectly! As someone else said on here, kiss good bye to your security deposit! Just when you think that the flaw is within the building, trust me when I say it extends all the way to the management row in the accounts too. We had to chase them for 3 months for our deposit money. That too, they found silly opportunities to cut it into half!!Show less

The filthy condition
Families are leaving their apartments. They are leasing apartments on the bases of bed spaces. Horrible hygiene. Basement has parking which is always wet with severege water and bad smell. No maintenance. Dirty pool. Pool washrooms are filthy n stinking used by people from the shops. One bedroom apartment has more… almost 6 to 8 bed spaces. Gym is also converted to bed spacesShow less

Nothing except on the higher side of the rent
This place is just perfect. From hotels, restaurants and various shops you can find it. The greatest of all is the Metro which is just walking distance away. Although I am driving my own car parking is not a problem and if I am lazy to drive I can just more… jump on the train to go to work which is 2 stations away only at the Trade Center and very easy to go at different malls around Dubai during spare time. After a long day at work and wanted to stay fit, I can do running or walking around the area with Burj Khalifa as my backdrop. What else could I ask for?Show less

Very old building with poor maintenance, bad finishing and no facilities at all. Management seems to do not care about the residents at all. Rental fees are unrealistic with building conditions. You can find same price apartments on new building with all amenities just next door. The building was good 9 years more… ago, when it was under different management, now mostly of families moved out and it s not safe to leave ur door open anymore.Show less

Most of the things
No security checks as any one can enter in the building. The building parking can be used by any one as there is no check at security. There are cars parked in the basement parking with export numbers and stay there for months. Its scary that the related complains go more… unnoticed. The cooling and the finishing of the building can't be worse than this. The building opened in 2015 and already had sewage issues with strong smell in the building. There is canal dug beside building however there is no water after so many years. Garbage heaps can be noticed in it. The construction in the area is not moving and you have "ghost building" views. The pets are allowed in the building and you have to bear poo smell in the lifts very often.Show less

Parking
Nice place., parking is the bad thing. You will not be able to have second car for wife or son and your visitors have to come with helicopter. Even delivery car cannot park outside and it's impossible to ask your friends to visit you as simply there is no parking. They forgot more… to plan parking outside the building! Even for building services trash truck cannot park! People need parking to park their cars, it's very simple. Show less

The noise!
Lovely flat, nice finishings although a few things keep going wrong such as the toilet, boilers etc - unfortunately its at that stage now where you have to get a few things fixed. Building is great, staff are great, but sadly the fire alarms keep going off, pretty much more… every day so everyone just ignores them. Location is of course amazing, although allow an extra 10 minutes to get out of the building at night if going by car/taxi due to the traffic, I find the traffic in the mornings absolutely fine, but I start work at 8am. Also my view is stunning which of course I have to pay top dollar for, and sadly live opposite Atelier M night club on the other side of the marina which is extremely noisy till 3am 5 days a week pretty much, along with the party boats down in the marina, appreciate this is the Marina and there will be some noise, but not to this extent. Been in the building 2 years, but time to move out. Show less
